It was a dark aspect of humanity that nobody wanted to see and was therefore like some malignancy gone mad because there was no light shone on it. It was a culture that can exist within any human society or structure where we create a denial of the possibility, where we collect the vulnerable in one place, and where we don’t monitor and check who is looking after the vulnerable.
